Any of these presenters will lead your workshop: Joyce Kantner, MA, MT (ASCP) is President of ABP Inc., a healthcare training facility which presents national seminars and provides phlebotomy training at Southwestern Michigan College. She has presented numerous phlebotomy seminars for the National Training Network, Cross Country University, and her own company. She is also on the Board of Directors for the American Certification Agency for Healthcare Professionals. Michelle Ware, MBA, MT (ASCP) is also a Certified Phlebotomist who has taught several nurses and presented numerous phlebotomy seminars throughout the nation. She also brings several years of laboratory experience in both research and clinical settings at both bench and management levels. |
Continuing Education Credit ABP, Inc. is an approve provider (#409) of continuing education programs in the clinical sciences by the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Sciences Professional Acknowledged Continuing Education (P.A.C.E.®) Program. This seminar has been approved by the California Accrediting Agency (License #0001). Each day workshop will credit you with 6.0 hours of continuing education. P.A.C.E.® continuing education credit is accepted by most healthcare professional organizations. Our Guarantee ABP Inc. has presented numerous phlebotomy seminars and training workshops throughout the nation along with contracted custom programs for various healthcare professional. If you attend one of our training workshops and do not receive the information described here, please fax or mail your concerns within seven days of the program. A credit voucher will be issued so that anyone from your facility can attend another workshop. Audio taping of the workshop by the participants is not permitted

Program Schedule Registration:
7:30 - 8:00 AM Cancellations and Confirmations Registration confirmations will be faxed or mailed as soon as they are received in the office. If you have not received a confirmation notice within 3 days of the workshop, please call the office at 800-500-0691. Cancellations received at least 5 working days before the workshop are refundable less a $25 administrative charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire workshop fee which may be applied to a future program. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. Registrants may be substituted at any time. Please register early - 10 days prior to seminar date! Seminars are subject to cancellation based on attendance. Registration fees must be paid prior to attending. |
